  • Moves for a Better YOU delivers sessions to help clients improve their quality of life. It does not in any way or form take any responsibility for unknown or underlying medical conditions of its clients.

  • Moves for a Better YOU do not endorse any products or food substitutes in any way however may give a guide to a better way of living. Clients must seek a Health Professional if they feel they have any eating disorders.

  • All clients are required to complete a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire before undertaking their first session.

  • Moves for a Better YOU may require a letter of 'medical clearance' from your GP.

  • All clients are required to inform Moves for a Better YOU of any conditions or changes to their health, now and ongoing, to allow moving safely and with minimal risk of injury.

  • Moves for a better you requires 12 hours notice of cancellation or postponement for all appointments. Notice of less than 12 hours will incur full payment of the session fee.

  • Once purchased your sessions are non - refundable and non transferable.

  • If the client is late the session cannot be extended and will end at the appointed time. -

  • A minimum of 3 people at any small group session are required, otherwise the session maybe cancelled.

  • Any Moves for a Better YOU session packs have an expiry of 3 months.


  • Moves for a Better YOU Website, Facebook page and Instagram has been created for it's clients and associates. Moves for a Better YOU posted content is intended to assist, enjoy and feel part of the team through images, videos, comments and the like.

  • Moves for a Better YOU will conduct in an approachable and positive manner. We expect all clients to be treated with the same courtesy.

  • Moves for a Better YOU has the following guidelines for all clients and associates to adhere to on social networks as a condition of participation:

    • Moves for a Better YOU is not responsible for the content submitted and does not endorse the opinions expressed by the users of these pages.

    • By submitting content, you agree that Moves for a Better YOU may use this content including your name, either temporarily or permanently, for testimonials, marketing or other purposes in any media without any compensation to you. You pledge that all content you submit is your original work, or state the source and ensure that publishing this content does not infringe the intellectual property or other rights of any person.

    • You agree not to submit any content which consists of or contains any of the following:

      • Explicit, obscene, indecent or offensive language or abusive or inflammatory comments

      • Personal attacks on Moves for a Better YOU and its clients and associates

      • Business information, spam, notices about events or promotions run by others, marketing or offers to sell or buy any goods or services

      • Any material which defames, abuses, harasses, stalks, threatens, discriminates against or otherwise violates the legal rights of others

      • Information that is misleading or unlawful

      • Excessive large files or repeat posts of the same or similar material

      • Posts that are unrelated to Moves for a Better YOU

      • Links to other material or websites that we consider inappropriate or unsuitable or whose content would breach these Terms and Conditions if contained on our pages

  • Moves for a Better YOU reserves the right to edit or remove content that violates these Terms and Conditions and to block your access to our pages. These pages operate at our discretion, we may take any action we consider appropriate in relation to these pages.
