  • I facilitate boot camps for children and adults, boxing classes and group Pilates and Yoga sessions.

  • In addition to providing the opportunity to lose weight, get strong and flexible, working in a group can assist you in forming friendships and building a local community with like minded people.

  • You will be able to share common interests, share your energy, hold each other accountable and have lots of fun along the way.
